ASF Sound Practices Concerning Elevated Risk Complex Structured Finance Activities

The American Securitization Forum (ASF) provides comments to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in the U.S. Department of Treasury (Treasury), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Fed) on the revised interagency statement on sound practices concerning elevated risk complex structured finance activities. ASF compares the original proposal to the modified version offering its observations and recommendations.
