Order on Motions U.S. District Court for the State of Missouri Central Division

On August 13, 2024, the U.S. District Court Western District for the State of Missouri presided over oral argument on the pending motions. SIFMA’s motion is granted and Defendants’ motion is denied. Upon review, the Court finds that the Rules should be enjoined, statewide, and in their entirety.
