Amicus Issue: Whether Rule 2019(a) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure applies to the members of ad hoc committees, who represent only their own interests and who are not fiduciaries for other stakeholders, such that they would be forced to disclose highly confidential and proprietary information.
