Effective September 5, 2017, U.S. securities markets transitioned to a two-day settlement cycle for in-scope securities including U.S. equity, corporate and municipal bond, and unit investment trust (UIT) trades. The transition was confirmed by the T+2 Industry Steering Committee (T+2 ISC), led by the Depository Trust Clearing Corporation (DTCC), Investment Company Institute (ICI) and SIFMA.
