Yin Zhou

Assistant General Counsel and Director, Bank of America

Yin has been in-house counsel to Bank of America since September 2020. She manages a portfolio of litigation matters for the Global Wealth and Investment Management business division, which includes Merrill Lynch and Bank of America Private Bank. She provides strategic guidance to senior business executives with respect to dispute resolution and leads cross-functional teams to address remediation and risk mitigation.

Prior to Bank of America, she served as in-house counsel to State Street Bank and Trust Company and advised its custody and securities lending businesses. Before going in-house, Yin was in private practice at WilmerHale, where her practice focused on antitrust, IP, and securities litigation.
