Yelena Shilkrut

Yelena manages the Regulatory Capital team within Controllers, which is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s US broker-dealers, futures commission merchants and swap dealers are compliant with relevant Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) financial regulations. She joined Goldman Sachs as an associate in 2007.  Yelena is a member of SIFMA FMS Leadership Working Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Yelena worked as a Senior Examiner at NYSE/FINRA.

Yelena earned a BBA in Finance from Pace University and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
