Vincent Marzano

Managing Director, Broker Dealer Reporting, Bank of America

Vincent is a Managing Director of Broker Dealer reporting at Bank of America where he is responsible for the firm’s Customer/PAB Reserve Computation for the three (3) U.S. entities. He is also responsible for coordinating regulatory change programs and process improvements & automation efforts.

Vincent has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University at Albany in Business Management with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He began his career at FINRA where he was an Examiner performing member firm examinations of the FOCUS Report. After moving on from FINRA, Vince has worked on the private side at several Broker Dealer firms such as Daiwa Securities International, Fidelity Investment, and Citibank prior to joining Bank of America in 2019. Vince has a Series 27 license and a member of the SIFMA FMS Leadership committee.
