Tula Tay is currently the Head of Equities Americas at Citadel Securities, leading a team of compliance professionals covering the firm’s various equity sales and trading businesses. Prior to this role, Tula was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC., supporting the Institutional Equities Division for 19 years. She led a team covering their Equity Sales and Trading desks, Morgan Stanley Electronic Trading, Prime Brokerage and Securities Lending business lines. Before making the shift to compliance, she held various technology roles at UBS Financial Securities, AIG and Rolex. Tula earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Pace University.
