Tony Byrne

Tony Byrne heads LPL’s Investigations group, where he manages a group of attorneys and investigators responsible for all non-HR related investigations.
Prior to joining LPL, Tony was an Executive Counsel with GE Capital, handling the investigation of whistleblower and open reporting concerns. Previously, Tony was a Senior Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement and an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Tony is a graduate of The George Washington University and Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law. Prior to his legal career, Tony served as an intelligence officer with the U.S. Army.
