Tim Magee

Tim Magee is Vice President, Legal, Head of Regulatory Enforcement and Investigations. Prior to TD, Tim spent more than 15 years at Barclays as Managing Director and Americas Head of Litigation, Investigations and Enforcement. Earlier in his career, Tim practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, representing financial institutions in civil litigation, internal and regulatory investigations, and international arbitration. Tim received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2006 where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received his B.A. from New York University in 2000.
