Theo Norris

Theo is head of Insurance-Linked Securities for cyber at Gallagher Re/Gallagher Securities. He led the structuring and placement of the first cyber catastrophe bonds through 2023 and, more recently, the issuance of underwritten Rule 144a cat bonds and the market’s first cyber retrocession ILW. Theo was previously Assistant Vice President at Aon Securities, where his focus was catastrophe bonds, sidecars and ILW swaps, and Divisional Director at Willis Re, where he specialised in Property, Casualty, Structured & Legacy reinsurances. Theo holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).
