Taijaun Talbot
Assistant Director – Supervision, Insurance, Bermuda Monetary Authority
Taijaun Talbot is an Assistant Director in the Supervision Department (Insurance) at the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supervision of a number of non-life commercial (re)insurers and Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS) (re)insurers. Additionally, Mr. Talbot is a contributing panel member that assesses potential and new ILS entrants entering the Bermuda market. Mr. Talbot’s role also includes contributing to developing and implementing the Authority’s strategies regarding the ILS supervisory framework.
Mr. Talbot graduated from Tennessee State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and joined the BMA in 2012.
