Suzanne Morgan

Suzanne Morgan is chief compliance officer for Wells Fargo.

In this role, she is responsible for managing the oversight of all regulatory compliance risks for Wells Fargo and serves on the company’s Management Committee. Suzanne has more than 30 years of financial services experience and joined Wells Fargo in November 2020 as the Control Management senior executive for Corporate Risk and Enterprise Functions. Prior to this, Suzanne was compliance officer for Consumer Operations at JPMorgan Chase, where she spent most of her career and held a variety of finance, control, and risk roles.

Suzanne holds a B.S. in accounting from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey, and an M.S. in accounting from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. Suzanne previously held a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

In her spare time, Suzanne spends time with her family, including her two rescue pups, and has volunteered as a programming mentor for FIRST South Jersey robotics. She is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
