Steven Gilardi

Steven Gilardi has over 18 years of experience in Securities Settlement and Corporate Actions. He is currently the Global Head of Corporate Actions at Interactive Brokers, joining the Firm in 2023, where he is responsible for oversight of the daily processing and driving strategic changes across the Corporate Action Technology platform. Prior to joining Interactive Brokers, Steven was at Barclays for 16 years where he was responsible for Securities Settlement and Asset Servicing in the Americas, specializing in Risk and Regulatory. He has been a member of the SIFMA Corporate Actions Forum since joining Interactive Brokers. Steven received his Bachelor’s Degree from Westfield State University and his MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.
