Stephanie Klarer

Stephanie Klarer is an experienced state government affairs specialist and Vice President of the State Government Affairs team at SIFMA, covering state government affairs in all 50 states.

Prior to joining SIFMA, Ms. Klarer held a variety of positions in the private sector and in the government in New Jersey.  She has worked at a firm with the State Government Relations and Global Political Law teams on lobbying reporting and compliance, PAC administration, and legal obligations impacting Corporate Responsibility.  She also worked at a law firm analyzing and reporting on legislation and regulation to clients, and in the New Jersey State Legislature as Legislative Aide.

Ms. Klarer holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Public Policy from Rutgers University in New Jersey and earned her Masters in Public Administration from New York University (NYU) in New York, New York.
