Stephanie Deterding

Stephanie Deterding is a Managing Director on the Markets & Transactions Team at Crux and leads Crux’s efforts with buyers of transfer credits. Prior to joining Crux, Stephanie was a Managing Director at Twain Financial Partners. Her responsibilities included sourcing capital, structuring, negotiating, and closing tax credit, debt and securitization transactions. Prior to joining Twain Financial Partners, she was a tax credit and real estate finance attorney where she represented equity investors, developers, lenders and allocatees in a variety of financing matters involving federal, state, and local tax credit incentives. Before practicing law, she obtained her license as a certified public accountant while working at EY, where she gained corporate and partnership taxation experience at the federal and state levels. She received her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law. and her B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Loyola University Chicago. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri.
