Shital Bhatt
Global Head of CitiService - Securities Services and NAM Operations , Citi
Shital Bhatt is a Managing Director within Securities Services responsible for leading the client-
facing Operations teams, encompassing Client Implementations, Client Service and Client
Change Operations. Shital’s current focus is to establish a global target operating model that
delivers exceptional client service, which is efficient and scalable across all products. Leveraging
a data-led approach to identify areas of improvements and proactively service clients.
Shital has worked for Citi since September 2024. Prior to that, Shital was at Goldman Sachs for
20 years in several roles within Global Markets and Wealth Management Operations covering
securities and derivative products. Most recently, she was the co-head of Global Wealth
Management Operations and the Global Head of Private Bank and Ayco Operations at Goldman
Sachs. Shital also has international experience while working in Hong Kong with her prior firm.
Shital is a strong champion of understanding and operating across the front to back to build a
better business and create a more seamless client experience. Shital is based in the New York
office and holds a BS in Computer Science and Finance along with an MBA.
