Managing Director – Banking & Capital Markets Advisory, PwC
Scott Satriano is a Managing Director in PwC’s Banking and Capital Markets Advisory practice. A former front-office operator, he works with senior leaders on transformation, regulatory pressure, and the practical realities of running complex financial institutions well.
Before joining PwC, Scott spent more than 15 years in senior leadership roles across banking and markets businesses, including responsibility for private-side activities spanning financing, public and private capital markets, advisory, funds finance, and structured products. He has worked where product complexity, control requirements, and commercial demands meet, including through periods of restructuring, regulatory pressure, and major institutional change.
He has also contributed to broader industry dialogue on market structure, regulation, and the sound functioning of capital markets through board roles with major trade associations. That mix of business leadership, governance experience, and industry engagement shapes his perspective on the operating infrastructure behind alternative assets and the changes required to support greater scale, complexity, and institutional participation. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut and is a CFA charterholder.
