Ryan Moon is an Executive Director – Compliance Senior Manager at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he leads the firm’s social media compliance program and oversees a team of Compliance Officers responsible for reviewing digital and product-related communications. He also manages the firm’s communications review system, ensuring that all marketing/advertising aligns with regulatory expectations while supporting business innovation.
Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2019, Ryan spent 18 years at Edward Jones, where he held a variety of roles in Financial Advisor Training, Supervision, and Compliance. His broad experience across multiple areas of the business gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective on how compliance can be both a safeguard and a strategic partner.
Ryan earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Lindenwood University. He resides in St. Louis, Missouri, with his wife Angie and their two children Zach and Emma.
