With over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, Ryan brings deep expertise across capital markets transformation, and large-scale enterprise change. Prior to ServiceNow, he served as Head of Corporate Transformation and Automation at Jefferies, leading firmwide initiatives across front office, operations, finance, and technology, and delivering complex transformation programs at scale.
