Rosalynn H. Cormier

Rosalynn Hsu Cormier is an Associate General Counsel at The Vanguard Group, Inc. and Head of the Brokerage Legal team supporting the Personal Investor retail business. Her team advises on all trading, operations, regulatory and treasury matters in support of Vanguard’s 9mm retail brokerage clients. Rosalynn started her career at Vanguard supporting the Financial Advisor Services business, managing the sales and distribution of Vanguard funds through intermediary banks, broker-dealers and registered investment advisers.

Rosalynn joined Vanguard after more than a decade at Citi, where she was Managing Director & Associate General Counsel. She led teams supporting various fixed income and derivatives sales and trading desks, including the origination and distribution of complex products. She was also primary counsel to Citi’s Chief Investment Office, responsible for the portfolio allocation and risk strategy of the firm’s global Treasury investment and liquidity portfolio.

Rosalynn began her career in private practice in the New York offices of Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Sidley Austin LLP. She holds a J.D. from Boston College School of Law and a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University. She lives in Bryn Mawr, PA with her two children and serves on the Board of Directors of A Better Chance, Inc. (Radnor) and leads the Selection & Recruitment Committee.
