Rod Adams

Rod is the PwC Advisory People & Inclusion Leader. He is based in Chicago and has 30 years of professional experience, beginning his career in client service before transitioning to human capital.

Rod leads a team that is responsible for supporting over 17,000 US Advisory Professionals. He is focused on drawing in, retaining, and nurturing the most exceptional talent in the market. He has created a People Strategy that will evolve workforce planning, elevate our brand by delivering a distinctive talent experience & culture, and make PwC the go-to learning destination for unparalleled skill development.

Rod serves as a board member of the Posse Foundation Chicago Advisory Board and is a Daniel Burnham Fellow for Leadership Greater Chicago (LGC) working to positively impact socio-economic progress in the Chicago area. He is also on the Board of Trustees for Illinois Wesleyan University.
