Robin Nunn is a partner in the litigation, arbitration, and investigations practice of a leading global law firm, where she advises domestic and international banks, investment advisers, broker-dealers, mortgage servicers, student loan servicers, consumer lending companies, and emerging financial services providers on complex regulatory, enforcement, and transactional issues. Her practice focuses on counseling financial clients, as well as innovators in the digital space, in meeting compliance obligations in a complex web of regulatory requirements. She brings to private practice her prior experience working in-house for two of the largest financial services firms. In addition to her trial practice in state and federal court, Robin has tried arbitrations and represented securities industry clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings before US federal and state securities regulators and self-regulatory organizations. She regularly advises fintech, ecommerce companies, securities firms and banks on novel issues related to new communication technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, payments, artificial intelligence, privacy, cybersecurity and big data.  She has been honored for her efforts to promote diversity in the profession and protect the rights of children, achieve racial justice, combat discriminatory policies, and eradicate systemic racism.
