Richard M. Primavera
Managing Director, Operations, Jefferies LLC
Mr. Primavera was first employed on Wall Street in 1975 at Bache, Halsey, Stuart in their Margin department at a time when pencils and adding machines were routinely used to calculate margin requirements.
He has assumed positions in the Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office of other Wall Street firms such as Bear Stearns, Credit Suisse and Jefferies while acquiring FINRA/NASD Series 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, 52, 53, 63, 99 and SIE licenses needed to fulfill assorted roles and functions during his ongoing career.
At present he is an employee of Jefferies LLC as a Managing Director in their Operations department.
Richard was a proud member of the defunct (and legacy) Credit Division and is equally proud to now serve as one of the leaders of the SIFMA Credit and Margin Forum.
He loves the Yankees and doesn’t hate the Mets.
