Ray Agoglia

Ray is a Senior Manager at EY concentrating on strategic business transformation within the banking and capital markets sector. He has over 14 years of industry and consulting experience across the financial services landscape including broker dealers, prime brokers, banks, buy-side firms, and service/technology providers.

Ray has a focus on Post-Trade Transformation, Process Optimization and currently co-leads the Corporate Actions and T+1 offerings at EY. Recently, Ray collaborated with SIFMA and its Corporate Actions Working Group to co-author the ‘US Corporate Actions Standardization Position Paper’ that outlines the current challenges in the US Corporate Action environment, identifies possible changes that may simplify the lifecycle, and presents a call to action for industry members and investors to showcase a path forward.

Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University and is based in New York.
