Rachel Parsons

Rachel Parsons is a Corporate Actions Event Manager at Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions, LLC, providing issuers and counsel personal and high quality support as she manages their mandatory and voluntary events. Prior to her five years in corporate actions, Rachel spent five years building and leading the finance and reconciliation team of Broadridge’s transfer agency, growing in extensive knowledge of not only the backend processing of corporate actions but every transfer agency function. Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Bryn Mawr College. The corporate actions world is the perfect place for her to exercise her love for reading, editing, and making sure every detail is accounted for and in place, leading to smooth transactions for issuers and their shareholders.
