Priya Bindra is a Managing Director and the Head of Digital Asset Legal and Sustainability Legal at Morgan Stanley, where she provides global legal coverage on both Digital Asset and Sustainability regulation, disclosure and governance, and advises Morgan Stanley’s Head of Digital Asset Strategy and its Global Sustainability Office. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Priya worked in the Financial Institutions Group at Davis Polk and Wardwell LLP. Priya received an A.B., magna cum laude, from Brown University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
