Peter Isajiw

Peter Isajiw is a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice at Clifford Chance in New York. He has over twenty years of experience handling complex commercial and securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, and government investigations. He represents financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in high-stakes matters involving business disputes, securities laws and regulations, fraud, and corporate governance.

Peter regularly represents clients in state and feral courts across the US, and before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, FINRA and other state and federal agencies.

Legal 500 US recognized Peter as a Key Individual for securities and shareholder litigation and he received Legal 500’s Recognition of Excellence. He has also been honored with the Burton Award for Distinguished Legal Writing for his article, “Cybersecurity Risks Reviewed: Directors and Officers Must Be Proactive and Prepared,” published in the Bloomberg BNA Corporate Accountability Report.
