Peter Duggan

Peter Duggan has over 30 years experience in the securities industry. He oversees a transfer agency relationship management team that handles many of Computershare’s largest and most complex clients. In addition, Peter currently oversees Computershare’s Alternative Investments business and has been a leader in Computershare’s Issuer Sponsored Token (IST) initiattive.

Peter also managed Product Management & Development for Computershare’s Issuer Services business for 6 years.

Prior to joining Computershare, Peter was the head of client relationship management for BNY Mellon Shareowner Services managing 130 relationship management staff in 12 cities throughout the US serving 1,300 transfer agency, corporate actions and employee stock plans clients.

Peter previously worked as the global head of product management for Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Trust business, with staff in New York, London, Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Hong Kong and managed its American Depositary Receipt business.
