I started my career in brokerage operations with Merrill Lynch, and later with DLJ Direct, specializing in Margin and Options. This is where I learned the fundamentals of Brokerage Operations. In Y2K I smoothly transitioned my skills to Fintech, Broadridge (previously known as ADP), as a Margin Product Manager. My career at Broadridge has progressed with increased responsibility to now be the General Manager of BPS Core Wealth Solutions, including Aggregation and Insights and Securities Based Lending.

Through my tenure at Broadridge, I have been heavily involved in supporting multiple system rewrites, conversions, running major industry initiatives, implementing business process management and creating our regulatory compliance program. I have deep SME expertise in BPS and am currently the General Manager for BPS Core Wealth. I also manage two other teams including Data Aggregation and Insights Platform, and the BR Securities Based Lending Solution. In my 25 years at Broadridge, I have had a focused mindset on people and take great pride in partnerships with our clients and my teams to deliver highly scalable solutions to the industry.
