Paolo Caniccio has more than 30 years of experience across banks and financial market infrastructures, where he contributed to major trading and post-trading initiatives across Europe. Since 2024, Paolo is working as a Business Advisor at Deloitte, focusing on the implications of regulatory and operational changes in the capital markets. In the last months, he has been actively analyzing the impact for clients of the transition from T+2 to T+1 settlement in Europe, being also a member of some of the Technical Workstreams set-up by the T+1 EU Industry Committee.
