Nomi Goheer

Assistant General Counsel, Financial Crimes, Robinhood

Nomi Goheer has worked at Robinhood since 2020 as Assistant General Counsel for Financial Crimes. He provides advice on the U.S. and international regulation of anti-money laundering, sanctions, fraud, cybersecurity, and anti-corruption across all business lines, including crypto, brokerage, and payments. Nomi also serves as lead regulatory counsel for Robinhood’s acquisition of a global cryptocurrency exchange based in Luxembourg.  Prior to Robinhood, Nomi worked in the Washington, DC office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in its Global Trade and Investment practice. Nomi received his J.D./M.A. from American University and B.A. from Emory University.
