Nimna Varghese

With over 19 years of global consulting experience, Nimna is a leader who works with clients to manage compliance risk. She advises financial services clients ‒ wealth and asset managers, broker dealers and insurance companies – and helps them operationalize complex compliance requirements. She is adept at enabling such complex matters by leveraging data and technology.

Nimna has led investigations, audits, regulatory and forensic engagements for various clients, both in the United States and around the world. She focuses on transforming risk and compliance functions to incorporate data, analytics and automation. Nimna also co-leads EY responsible AI services for insurers and the EY Reframing Retirement campaign.

Nimna holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Mumbai. She is a certified regulatory and compliance professional, certified fraud examiner and a chartered accountant.
