Nikunj Patel (Nik) is an Executive Director in Securities Tax Operations at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, NC. He is responsible for managing Investment Banking Tax Operations functions at Wells Fargo and Serves as the subject matter expert for all Intuitional lines of Businesses include Prime Brokerage, Custody, Special equities and Rates Derivatives Desk.

Nik has served in the financial services / brokerage industry for over 23 years, 5 yrs. in Tax Operations, 18 yrs. in Corporate Tax. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Nik worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Asset Management serving Hedge Funds and Private Equity Clients.

Nik holds NYS CPA license, Masters in Taxation and received his BA in Accounting, Finance & Criminal Justice from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
