Nicole Swift
Ms. Swift is Vice President of Retirement Policy at SIFMA, focusing on financial regulatory and legislative issues relating to retirement.
Prior to joining SIFMA, Nicole served as Supervisory Employee Benefits Law Specialist at the Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA). In that role, she was responsible for supervising the team that tracks legislative activity and policy trends related to retirement and health plan issues, provides analyses of legislative proposals, and supports engagement on international retirement matters. She also supported the Labor Secretary and EBSA Assistant Secretary with their Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) Board of Director responsibilities and the ERISA Advisory Council.
Nicole has Master of Laws in tax from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctorate from Catholic University Columbus School of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Catholic University.
