Nellie Ding

Nellie Ding is the Global Head of Operations Digital Transformation. Her primary responsibility is to oversee the strategy, execution, and innovation of digital initiatives across the Operations Practice at BNY including the evolution of BNY’s global contact centers. Her team is accountable for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and agility through the adoption of AI, data analytics, and process automation.

Before joining BNY in 2023, Nellie was the Vice President of Capital Markets Product Management at Broadridge Financial Solutions where she led the commercialization strategy, development, and delivery of their global post trade product suite as well as key AI initiatives that operationalized critical workflow management functions on Broadridge’s US fixed income platforms. Prior to Broadridge, Nellie led a number of securities operations transformation initiatives under the Corporate Investment Bank at JP Morgan Chase.

Nellie is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business and started her career in consulting. She is an active mentor at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City chapter and has been an avid champion of DE&I initiatives in the workplace and in her community.
