Neil Weinberg

Neil Weinberg is a Vice President in the Operational Tax Advisory Group at Morgan Stanley. He advises business units and tax operations on a range of issues involving information reporting and tax withholding, including analysis of new products and transactions, addressing client inquiries, and drafting tax-related policies and communications. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.

Mr. Weinberg holds a BA from Columbia University, a PhD from Harvard University, and a JD from Columbia Law School. He is a member of the New York State bar.
