Neda Sheridan

Executive Vice President, Computershare

Neda Sheridan serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Actions at Computershare, where she holds P&L responsibility and oversees teams in Canton and Jersey City, reporting to the CEO of Equity Services. Her leadership extends across a broad spectrum of services, including Relationship and Account Management, Operations, Funding, Reconciliation, Escheatment, and Product, supporting both voluntary and mandatory corporate actions. She also chairs the STA Ops Corporate Actions sub-committee.

Neda began her journey with Computershare Trust Company of New York in March 2001 as Assistant Vice President of Relationship Management. By 2004, she was promoted to Assistant General Manager and played a key role in transitioning transactions from New York to Canton, MA.

Before joining Computershare, Neda was Cash Manager in the Treasury department at Omnicom Group, Inc., a global advertising holding company. There, she managed and monitored cash positions for more than 150 subsidiaries, analyzed debt refinancing options, managed the stock repurchase program, and handled banking relationships.

Earlier in her career, Neda worked with the Principal Transactions Group at Credit Suisse First Boston on the CMBS trading floor. Her responsibilities included researching innovative asset types for investment and securitization for a diverse client base.
