Nate Isaacson is a seasoned leader in the financial services industry with over 15 years of experience developing and executing social sales enablement programs that drive results. For over a decade, he served as a Social Sales Enablement Director, at Guardian Life, leading a multi-thousand-user program in a highly regulated environment. His efforts empowered financial professionals to harness social selling, boosting engagement and client acquisition.
Since joining Seismic in 2020, Nate has held various roles across product, marketing, and customer success. In February 2024, following the formation of Seismic’s Financial Services Solutions Team, he took on his current role as Social and Compliance Programs Director. He now leads the business strategy for Seismic’s social selling solution—an offering he first used as Seismic’s original customer—bringing a uniquely authentic perspective to his client work.
In parallel, Nate leads Seismic’s compliance strategy for financial services, ensuring that innovation is aligned with evolving regulatory standards. He excels at helping firms grow while staying compliant in complex, regulated environments.
Nate holds a degree from the University of Washington.
