Natalie Swallow

Natalie Swallow is Executive Director and the Head of the Commercial Advisory Legal Team which sits within the Global Tech & Data Legal Group at Morgan Stanley. She is based in New York and is responsible for providing legal advice in support of the Firm’s acquisition and use of technology, market data and general services. Natalie leads a team of eight senior attorneys that provide counsel on all large-scale technology projects and major corporate services initiatives.
Natalie joined Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong in 2014. She held various roles during her eight years with the Firm in Asia culminating in heading up the Tech & Data Legal team across the region, a role she held until she transferred to New York in September 2022.
Natalie originally trained and qualified as a Technology Media & Telecommunications lawyer with Law Firm, Barlow Lyde & Gilbert in London, before relocating to Hong Kong in 2009. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley she also worked as an in-house attorney for PwC and British Telecom.
Natalie is a passionate diversity & inclusion advocate and co-chaired the Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Women’s Business Alliance before her transfer to New York
