Natalee Graham is Managing Director, Head of Volcker Compliance and Americas Treasury Department Compliance for Mizuho Americas, LLC. In her role, she provides guidance to trading, sales, and capital markets businesses. She previously supported the Fixed Income business line and acted as Regulatory liaison and strategist for the broker dealer.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Natalee was VP at Nomura Securities Inc., a Consultant to Lehman Trustee James Giddens, and Assistant VP at Barclays. She also held positions at Lehman Brothers in the Regulatory Law Group and Fixed Income Compliance Division.

Natalee co-founded and advises the Mizuho African Descent Employees Network and is a member of the Mizuho Women’s Initiatives Network. She is a recipient of the 2024 BlackStars Award and the 2023 Mizuho Impact Award. She was a finalist for the 2019 and 2020 Markets Media Women in Finance Awards and received the Mizuho President’s Award in 2016.

Natalee sits on the Posse Foundation’s New York Advisory Board. She holds a BA from Brandeis University and a JD from New York Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar. She is also fluent in Spanish.
