NADER SALEHI is a partner in Sidley’s New York office. He represents financial institutions, investment advisers, public companies and senior officers in connection with high-profile and complex matters of enterprise wide significance. This includes domestic and cross-border, internal investigations as well as defense of investigations initiated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the New York State Attorney General (NYAG) and other Self Regulatory Organizations (SROs) and federal and state regulators. Nader works with virtually every major bank on Wall Street and he’s had a role in almost every major Wall Street sweep over the past several years. He’s also been recognized as a leading lawyer in the area of securities regulation and enforcement by Chambers USA. Nader received his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.
