Moshe Engelsohn

Moshe Currently serves as Chief Financial Officer – Americas at Webull Financial LLC, where he leads the financial regulatory strategy for the firm’s transition to omnibus and self-clearing operations. With a strong background in broker-dealer operations, Moshe has overseen complex regulatory audits, capital reporting, and the buildout of proprietary back-office infrastructure.

Prior to joining Webull, Moshe held senior compliance and financial oversight roles at firms including Clear Street Markets and Clearpool Group, where he developed and tested supervisory controls, managed AML programs, and maintained strong regulatory relationships. With over two decades of experience spanning trading, compliance, and financial operations, Moshe brings deep expertise in SEC/FINRA regulations, risk management, and audit readiness across a range of financial products and platforms.
