Michael Thayer

Mike Thayer is an Assistant General Counsel, Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase, where he supports the Commercial & Investment Bank on a wide array of civil litigation, complex dispute and advisory matters. Prior to joining JPMC, Mike spent eight years as an associate in the Financial Institutions Litigation & Regulation group at Jones Day New York. He holds a J.D. and L.L.M. (International Law) from the Duke University School of Law. He lives in Brooklyn with his family.
