Michael T Fasano

Michael T Fasano joined JPMorgan Chase in late 2012 and is the Global Head of Operational Risk Management within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (“CCOR”) organization. His responsibilities include setting the firm’s Operational Risk Management Framework and leading teams covering risk appetite, risk assessments,  and operational loss reporting across lines of business and functions globally. He also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Global Service Centers in India and the Philippines.

Prior to his tenure at JPMorgan Chase, Michael spent eight years at Citigroup and the prior five years at Credit Suisse in either a senior Compliance Officer or Chief Technology Officer capacity.  Michael has over 30 years of experience, with 26 years of that in the Financial Services industry and has been a Managing Director since 2008.  Michael is a member of multiple Risk Management and Technology industry forums.
