Michael has over 17 years of consulting experience, focusing on large scale custom development, especially in Cloud Native and serverless capabilities. He espouses a “lead-by-example” approach to bring best practices to his engagements. Michael has expertise in all areas of the software delivery life cycle; delivering with onshore, offshore, and pod-based teams and is most recently focusing on enabling the whole delivery cycle with GenAI. Michael works across different industries sand is experienced in projects of all shapes and sizes, ranging from several scrum teams creating milestone-based deliverables or building new products, to 400+ staff augmentation teams. Michael is a certified AWS Solution Architect, and in his free time, he enjoys tinkering – building Proof of Concepts, improving his home automation, or even DIY house improvements.
