Michael Colombino

Michael Colombino is the Chief Financial Officer and a Board Member of Muriel Siebert & Co., LLC. With over two decades of experience across brokerage operations, financial management, and firm leadership, he brings a practitioner’s perspective to building, scaling, and sustaining successful securities firms. Michael began his career in 2005 at StockCross Financial Services, Inc. where he progressed through roles in compliance, operations, and finance, ultimately serving as CFO and FINOP prior to its merger into Muriel Siebert & Co. He holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA®) designation and multiple FINRA registrations and is an active participant in Loyola Marymount University’s College of Business Administration’s job shadowing program, supporting students pursuing careers in finance and business administration. Michael earned a BA in Economics and Psychology from Connecticut College, an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, and a certificate in Accounting from the UCLA Extension Program.
