Matthew is a Managing Director and Global Head of Surveillance for the Commercial & Investment Bank at JPMorganChase. He joined the firm in 2014 and is responsible for oversight of trade and communications surveillance.
Previously, Matthew worked as an attorney within the Criminal Prosecution Assistance Group (CPAG) in FINRA’s Office of General Counsel in Washington, DC. He has testified in multiple federal white collar criminal trials, led training for state and federal law enforcement, and advised on investigations into market misconduct. Prior to that, Matthew worked within FINRA’s Market Regulation department in New York where he was involved in the surveillance of institutional equity and options markets.
