Matthew Iwamaye is Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Cboe Global Markets, where he serves as the lead attorney for the U.S. Equities, ETP Listings, and Data & Access businesses. In this role, he advises senior leadership on regulatory, transactional, and strategic matters impacting Cboe’s core equities, ETP listings, and market data and access solutions.
Prior to joining Cboe, Matthew held legal roles at several major broker-dealers, including Bank of America and RBC Capital Markets, where he served as legal counsel to the cash equities sales and trading businesses. He has extensive experience advising on equity market structure matters, equities trading, and regulatory compliance.
