Matt Curran

Matt joined Sia in 2023, following a career across multiple consulting and industry roles. He has developed expertise in financial and non-financial, IT, and regulatory compliance risk management, as well as cross‑sector experience in strategy, operations, and IT analysis. Over the course of his career, he has led operational, financial, strategic, IT, and compliance risk initiatives, achieving stronger governance and business alignment through enterprise risk and corporate compliance programs, and technology-driven strategy development. He began his career as a software engineer and has managed large scale software projects, so he has foundational knowledge of application development and implementation. Matt is based in Washington and is focused on non-financial risk and regulatory compliance, using AI to accelerate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. He holds a BA from George Mason University and an MBA from The College of William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
